Hey guys,
It turns out Luigi's Zair is very good against certain characters and edge guarding as the plunger's hitbox exists for every frame it exists until it hits the ground.
I've found that its quite effective against
-Fire Emblem Heroes
-Link/Toon Link/Young Link
-Cloud
-Incineror
-Lil Mac
And multiple other characters although not as easy to land. That being said Online seems to be filled with FE heroes and Links so i'm sure its quite good against many others also and I just haven't had the opportunity to face them. I've made a video to display it's effectiveness, because I've watched Luigi matches in tournaments online and I haven't seen it being used at all when I believe it would have been more effective in some cases than the options currently being used.
