I saw someone use it in a video and I tried to learn it on my own to no great success. It's the dash attack followed by an upsmash in the middle of the combo... does anyone know how to do this? I looked in the advanced techniques and couldn't find it.

Lucario's Forward Smash and Down Air are very useful against the tornado as well.
