You mean Japanses store than yes. The last one I went to when I was in the US before I move to Japan for school was in California. There are also some Japanese stores that work under ebay since only a few of them exciste in the US.

They have the first Puyo Pop Fever in the US, I'm sure you can get it some way. The rest you have to import from Japan or a Japanese store in the US.
Puyo Pop series is the best, the twist in all of them is what I love about the Puyo puzzle games. You should play them, the only problem is that the game is mostly Japanese only. :/

☆ Also, it's not only by skill, you have to be able to travel through different areas for underground gaming and you have to talk to The Sleepy One or Rainbow to get in, (so far, Sleepy is on Smashboards but not Rainbow). ☆
