A local store is planning on starting a Professional FG Team, and I was invited as founder member, as well as part of the organizing/scouting team.
Tomorrow is the day of the real meeting with the fat fishes and tune the fine details to formally begin our league.

This is what I wanted for the longest time and I can't believe it is actually happening, even better than the babysteps I've had on my own.

everyone should just write in champ on the ballot when we vote for president. if he can run 560 man nationals in 8 hours he can do anything.

Just going to scan some documents in for my University so that can be easily taken care of. Also, for those who're still playing Ace Attorney: Spirit of Justice. GOOD NEWS! The DLC Episode "Turnabout Time Traveller" is live.

Sadly, it isn't free like the costume bundle was for the first week of release. But thought I'd tell those who're into Ace Attorney to get it.

Also, I'll be watching more of the VGBC Sm4sh stream.

Our league has plans for running tournaments for Street Fighter (I assume V), KOFXIV, MvC3, Blazblue, and Smash 4. At least for starters.
I am expected to practice and understand all of them in order to support the players and organize events with all the needed knowledge (not like those Con Tourneys where you play FFAs on FD-only), though not necessarily placing on top.

A professional gaming team is something I dreamed of but seemed too far away and now there is this big opportunity.

We can't get past Toon Link's projectiles very well, NL is awfully punishable so we have to be creative getting round them. Really both characters should be trying to time each other out if played optimally as neither of them can approach the other well enough but TL has the advantage in getting the first hit & maintaining the lead.

Personally, this MU is fun but I'm a sucker for really slow MUs that aren't Puff Peach

To be honest, I've been thinking of picking up a really bad pocket character just to bring out against the really bad For Glory Ganondorf mains I run into so often. I've tried Jigglypuff a couple times but she's so light and Ganon's so strong that even against a bad player, one wrong move could spell disaster, especially when you're as mediocre with puff as I am.

Maybe I'll give Zelda a shot. I think her extremely limited projectile game might actual be enough to make her win neutral against him.
