Don't get Cloud because Cloud is bad.

I can agree that Bayo's stage has great music. I always have After Burner on all the time when I go that stage. It's sooo good! <3

Also, @Ffamran! Your main actually has great MUs. He stops a MU between Lucina and Link.
Also, Link vs Batman is 100:0 in Link's favour.

I don't actually plan on using on any of them in tournament, but that could change if I end up getting attached to them once I do have them.

Thinking about it, I probably don't need Cloud too much since I've already used him quite a bit at my friend's house and in tournament friendlies and I could already play him well on the fly. I do get urges to play him sometimes though, which is why I was still considering him. Midgar + FFVII music is cool too.

Bayo is probably the option I'm favoring atm since I've never used her at all before, want to lab combos and counterplay for her and I get a sometimes-legal stage with her as well. Plus she seems to be the favorite here

I've always thought Corrin was pretty cool and I'm kind of curious about taking her/him to the lab as well. The two times I played her outside of my home I couldn't really figure out how her side B worked lol. Being a dollar cheaper also helps a bit, but not that much.

Pity Kirby is ass against Cloud :/.
Tbh I've grown more accepting of Cloud over time. The real only problem is that he wins every matchup in the entire game imo.

that is something that is just true with toppest tiers
you just pick a character who doesn't get stomped on like mario and just prove you are the better player

Also I would assume Toon link has the tools to not get eaten alive by cloud

Actually Tink gets devored by Cloud. Usually Toons zoning game covers his short range, but Cloud is too much. Less range than Shulk, but a thousand times better frame data and still good range overall. One of his worst MU

That was the one I was thinking of tbh. Needles are much better than Blade Beam and Cloud is quite vulnerable to Combos, which Sheik excels at. Unfortunately I changed my mind. Cloud outranges Sheik by a lot, kills at 80 while Sheik kills at 170%. Maybe even, but I think Cloud might hold a slight advantage

Who actually thought Grenade was a better move than chain?! Leave explosives to Dogs, Ducks and traumatized military war veterans.
Meanwhile I sure do love dying at 80 playing the character with the best endurance in the game with a move that has invincibility on Frame 1 :')

tbh I thought that any stage other than FD was going to be unplayable, but it was actually a LOT better than expected.
