Well I just failed two subjects at college and I was expecting my parents to go ballistic on me but

My dad basically just went "it happens" and just told me to try to do better next time.

That went a lot better than I was expecting.

Pick Chikorita, else you're just going to have too easy of a time. Totodile is pretty good, and I can say first hand that nearly every pokemon game can be soloed with the fire starter, especially if you grab an electric type to cover your gyarados et al bases. While in contrast pretty much everything in Johto wants to kill Chikorita.

I remember my SS nuzlocke run (w/ Chikorita), was doing amazingly well pokemon wise (Magmar and Pinsir FTW) lost 4/6ths of my team in Blue's gym to stone edge carrying pokemon and my hubris. Anyone know that Machamp can learn stone edge? And can hit pokemon using Fly? I didn't.

Was so close to soloing all of Kanto with Diablas the Pinsir, too....

5 d.va's and one bastion in route 66 at defense

this worked REALLY well and we won somehow. lmao

D.Va is kind of in the same boat as Zarya. Alone she is OK, but if there are more, there is more trouble. In Zarya's case it's the almost-perm-100-charge and shields ALL OVER. In D.Va's case it's 4 seconds of eating bullets/ults up close for every 10 seconds. However, neither are overpowered if people just learned the very easy downsides.

1) Zarya can only absorb 200 damage before taking damage. That's pretty low. She can't melt everyone in a 2v1~3v1.

2) Only about 15% of D.Va is covered, and it's mostly the front (not the entire front because her legs still stick out from under the defense matrix. Also, being super close to her or simply punching her/meleeing her will negate anything defense matrix does.
