Esam genuinely irritates me. He made a video annoucing that he is dropping pikachu due to him not being the best character. There are so many examples for how that is not true. Nairo won with ZSS when Sheik was dominent and ZeRo was well with Diddy. Villyness won a major with Villager and Ness. He makes such dumb excuses to the point where I can't stand him and his opinions.

What's funny is my first Final Fantasy wasn't 7 or 8. It was actually 9, so I like Zidane more over Squarks and Randall. I've only played 7 a bit, haven't touched 8.

Plus, even though I didn't get the references to older Final Fantasy titles in 9 when I was younger, looking back at the game; I can now see what each thing is referencing. Like Garnet/Dagger wearing the White Mage's robe at the beginning, and that Vivi is a straight up Black Mage.

VIII is probably one of my favorites too! Though that's probably because it was my first. One of these days I need to go back and finish my challenge run of it too (no stat junctioning). I agree that the soundtrack was great.

I'm also sad at who I got for the FE avatars, was hoping for someone from FE6 or at least the GBA era. 6 is probably my favorite mostly since it took me so long to get it once I learned of its existence, cause I actually imported a hard copy from Japan to play it.

Smash related, went 1-2 at the weekly last night and wasn't really happy with how I was playing (though friendlies later helped me out). Went 2-2 last week and at the small monthly over the weekend though.

FFXII has become my favorite FF with FFVII as a close 2nd. FFXII is seriously underrated but you have to be willing to invest over 100 hours (200+ to do everything) to really get the most out of it.
