I mean, it would help if Hoshido stopped murdering literally every Nohrian they come across. That would be coolio.

And if their leader wasn't some sort of hedgehog lobster mutant thing.

And that there King Garon is a swell old chap! Just burnt out from the trials of such extended war. He was never the same after the Concubine wars, when he used to give my liege Leo piggy back rides whenever he asked, and would teach Lady Camilla the finer points of music. Truly every day the Nohrian army aches at the pain our noble King has suffered and still suffers from.

Surely if we continue our service he will have a chance to return to how we all know he truly is, hidden as it is under the decades of strain and heartache, yes?
