We, my mom and I, only have 20 days total to clean out my mom's office room and move my gma's stuff in there.

Morning girls. How's everyone doing?

I'm still a bit unwell, but I'm trucking along. Just getting all of the infection out of my system. And I finished Musaigen no Phantom World and Gintama 2015.

Spoiler: Thoughts on both anime

I felt like Musaigen was a bit underwhelming. It was alright, but underwhelming. Animation was fantastic since it's KyoAni, but the plot in some of the episodes were pretty dumb. And it didn't follow the Novel until the very end of the anime. As in Episodes 12 and 13. But I did have some fun with it, wish it was better; but we can't have everything.

Gintama 2015 however, I thought was amazing. First half of the season was mostly comedy, but the great kind of comedy. Second half was mostly on serious, action orienated arcs. Mostly the Assassination Arc and the Farewell Shinsengumi Arc. I feel like the final episode (Episode 51) is my favourite out of all of them within this season of Gintama. I did tear up a bit when Gintoki and Hijikata started laughing with the owner of this resturant that they go to after having each other's meal for the first and final time. Farewell Shinsengumi, your diverse and fun characters will not be forgotten.

I have no idea why I tried to j2C after 214D~C instead of doing swords i'm bad bad bad

I'm thinking of either of these drawing ideas:
- Bowser cheering that he's no longer Bottom Tier
- Rhajat cheering on Corrin to win
- D1 hanging out with Palutena while yelling "DESTRUCTION!"
- Zelda's D-Throw killing at 652% with a BAN Stamped on the side.
- Shines in the Support! Fox Miiverse
- Bayonetta sitting on a KO'd Sheik with a smirk saying "Mind if I take your throne?"

I know that feeling. I stopped playing UMvC3 about 2 - 3 Years myself. And I still got some of the muscle memory of the combos I could do with Hsien-Ko, Hulk and Iron Man. :V

Tried Bidou today (on GC controller and Pro controller) for a fair amount of time. Seems utterly useless for Zelda tbh. Well maybe PP Jab/Dtilt might have some utility... Anyways, Bidou is just not for me and I have a strong feeling it'll be patched out because they've done control scheme changes before. So, I'd rather not mess with my fundamental muscle memory just to end up taking such high risks for such minimal rewards.

However, during my time messing around with Bidou, I realised how insanely good Special C-stick is for Zelda! It makes wavebouncing Phantom and Dins much easier and it makes executing precise angles with FW a lot easier too which translates to more reliable l/edge canceling. It takes a little getting used to since I've relied on C-stick for aerials and Utilts for the longest time but while using Special C-stick, I didn't miss Attack C-stick much surprisingly. Sure, I cant FF aerials that easily but Zelda shouldnt be FF-ing her aerials that much anyway because of the bad landing lag on all of them. I will say this, I struggle with the timing on a manually executed Pivot Fsmash so that's the only reason I would consider Smash C-stick.

What are y'alls opinions on Special C-stick for Zelda?

C-sticking Farore's Wind felt really awkward for me, not sure how you got used to it xD But I can def see the wave bouncing possibilities with the other specials.

Also, on the Gamecube controller, what was your controller scheme? Because I'm not sure I had mine mapped out correctly since the layout was intended for the classic Wii U controller/game pad.

to be fair, not all fighters are made by arc systems and not all fighters have the same level of execution required to play them

although chipp combos are my jam

Edit: i'd make a gif out of the combo at 1:37, but the combo lasts like 15 seconds

While this part I agree with, but losing Tilt C-stick means giving up full control of your aerials (which isn't good at all for a character that either does 4% or 20% damage on their aerials depending on their spacing)
