So, what are your gorls' take on the supposed 'leaked' information for the Nintendo NX?

Personally, despite the info, I realllly believe that the console will succeed. Judging by the name "NX", I have this feeling that it'd surpass the WII U's sales tremendously. Then again, i'm not , but I still have high hopes for the console.

Who knows, maybe SMT x FE & Zelda Wii U will be released on it additionally to the Wii U. (Not likely, but..)

I don't forsee a future where Nintendo gets amiibo right, doe :x

I'm kinda hoping it's some sort of hybrid system. Being able to transition from handheld games to full console would be cool. I'm thinking something like it switching between an x86 processor (those are used in computers and Sony's and Microsoft's consoles. Aka the " strong processor") and an ARM processor (those are used in mobile devices, and I think the 3DS uses one too) depending on if it's plugged into the wall or not.

Probably not gonna happen but whatever, lol.

Also that diskless console patent thing is...interesting. Who would think that Nintendo would lead the diskless charge? Of course, it might not even amount to anything at all, since patents for unused products get made all the time.

Oh boy I did testing!
Tested a few up smashes to see if it would hit Mario on the right ledge of Battlefield. All damage was at 0% (if that matters.)

No, I'm done with online tournaments. I putting all my focus on advancing things like Jab Locks, Teleport Cancelling, and Dancetrotting. I do use Anther's. I'll be going to Offline tournaments once I find a ride.

Gorls, what do you think of the practice of posting videos of your character's issues publicly?

Because I certainly don't remember any of you going on a crusade speaking of the evils of fsmash whiffs or phantom blindspots except when brought up or for humour only, and I don't feel it's healthy at all to just make your character appear to suck that much, grinding meta game advancement to a near standstill just for the sake of possibly getting buffs.

My teacher freshman year's name was "Ms Whittaker", but everyone ended up calling her "Ms Whittasexy" as a joke and she went with it for the whole time she was there. She would make us watch random historical-themed movies (like real movies) and buy the whole class Chic Fil A and cupcakes and open the second window to talk to her boyfriend through it during class. One day her microwave blew up and we had to evacuate the building. She let us use our phones and a partner on exams as well. She was the best history teacher ever.

That reminds me. The last time I had him in 9th Grade, the answer sheet for the final had all the answers on the back of it. He just said "you probably shouldn't look at it, but you can if you want to." I did about half the test on my own and compared the answers and they were either all correct or my second guesses, so they were the actual answers and not made-up ones. XD

My take on this and other controversial issues is ultimately it's freedom of speech/expression. What Calvin's dad says here:

There are many things I find offensive but I support the right to freely express one's self. As long as it's not harming anyone/thing (a comic of shooting someone is okay but shooting someone in real life isn't), and legal. Similarly I support the right to show objectifying of women (men too) in games but not in real life. R*pe is never the victim's fault and I really hate victim blamers. Self restraint is what separates men from monkeys at the zoo.

With that said, I do think women deserve equal wages and treatment live everybody. And they often get a second class citizen deal. Frankly racism, sexism, etc are very real.
I think the key is education and responsibility (like Calvin's dad was leading into). Censorship and denial are not the answer; we need to make informed responsible choices for our actions and what we choose to be entertained by.

I do support the right of sites like smashboards to give infractions for posting pornographic content and censor it because it's their site and not discriminating against anyone specific. Similarly I wouldn't let someone pin up a swastika on my door but support their right to have one on their door even though I disapprove of it.

It's kinda funny just to see where your character falls short on, but honestly I think it's dumb. There's no point to it in terms of meta development. Why cry about it, instead of working around it? It doesn't make sense imo. I mean, we've joked around with Zelda's issues and we talked about tweaks that could fix some stuff too, but most of them have been remedied WITHOUT crying to anybody that would listen. There are some additional changes I would like to see, but I mained Zelda because I wanted to; so that means that I knew what I was in for, and have accepted her in all of her glorious sass and downfalls. (Din's joke! anybody?)

What I mean is that, I'm looking for the percentage when the opponent is knocked into a tumble for jab, and when you can safely follow up after a N-air and stuff. You gorls think it's worth doing? I mean, I may as well contribute something to the meta other than my super old customs thread that was pretty much a rehash of another (Sorry @BJN39 )

Well Jab Nair combos on Samus starting at 0% (Fair can too) so there's a start.

Oh and yeah we still need to be careful with the airdodge thing. I was just thinking that I should actually start using it, since I currently don't do it at all.

Saw yet another YT comment chain saying nonsense like "Zelda can only combo at 0% and no where else" and "her recovery is so bad and unversatile" I mean really?? Those are completely 100% false. I saw one Zelda main defending her by stating TRUE facts (like listing her combos and defending Farore's) but people just ganged up on them. Poor gorl. Someone even said Marth combos way better than Zelda. At least Zelda actually has guaranteed throw combos. Someone even went and "tested" her combos and said nothing combos past mid %. No, she does have combos here (a lot of her highly damaging ones, actually) and you're just bad at her because you probably only spent 5 minutes with her.

I know I'm being silly about this but it's actually starting to really **** me off that Zelda is immediately put in bottom tier by clueless non Zelda mains without anyone even looking into her thoroughly. I mean if you main Zelda and know what she can do and still think she's horrible that's fine. But when you show that you know almost nothing about her? Mfw

Oh and Zelda shouldn't care about winning since
1. She's a wealthy Princess with her own kingdom
2. She's the best character in the game anyway

Be honest -- have you actually watched most of her videos? Even people that don't like her usually admit that there is truth to her message, even if they disagree about how much.

People accuse of her of being "radical," but statements like "there isn't anything sexist going on in the industry" are way more extreme than anything she's said in her videos, in my opinion.

Also whether or not someone should have the freedom to make any character they want or to make any game design choices they want doesn't refute the substance of her argument. She's not arguing whether someone should be legally allowed to make these portrayals of female characters; she's simply analyzing trends of female representation in video games.

Personally, I thought this was one of her better videos.

Hey gorl, haven't seen you in a while. How have you been?
I have tried Mania mode, twice in fact.
The first time was a lot of grinding and I found a little tough at times.
Second time was much easier as I basically purchased all the bonuses from the Grade Shop, main one being x10 exp
