I've tested it in at around mid percent on Sheik. You can do a True Combo with that. Tested at 50%

Did some further tests with the D-Throw > NAir combo I found. It works from 46% - 54%. Can get 19%, since Roy's DThrow pops them above him, allowing him to combo into NAir.

Nair actually still does 11% it just seems to work differently from behind (7% now) and front hits MAY have more hit stun. I got it to true combo into elevator which is pretty huge on its own.
