Seriously though, a lot of characters are good in default. Jank makes them even better.
and to be honest the only thing I like from customs is that the character selection screen turns from orange to blue

I don't foresee any way customs will go over well at EVO.

Even if nothing janky stirs up talk after the fact, trying to appease every player with ten presets per character? Yeah, no, it's just a logistics nightmare to try to make customs work at a national if you can't afford people the time to make or import their own personal sets, 10 presets doesn't come close to covering all bases for a lot of characters.
