Yeah, all I know is that Pika shouldn't be going full aggro because Swordspider's disjointed hitboxes are a problem; is it me or do Swordfighters have Link's jab cancel thing? You were able to do jab 1 -> jab 2 -> grab on me. It may be placebo; I don't know.

yep Job locks are a staple of high level swordfighter play (Trela won't use them much cuz he's not allowed to bring hero's spin with him)

IDK about "good" setups. Mostly what other characters have. Footstool ledge get-ups and be above the opponent in the air. If Ganon's near an opponent on the ground he can jump>footstool them>DownB. Most times Ganon can footstool a Dair is better.

ganon's jump is so low/slow and he's so tall he has trouble footstooling anything around the ledge
sigh, was hoping for something cool like sonic's spindash -> footstool
