This thread can be used for any catography enthusiests out there. Discuss geographical topics and debate about verious game maps. I would also love to see otherpeoples interpritations on what the world of zelda would look like. Which brings me to my last reason for opening this thread. I am trying to make a map of the entire world, but I will need some help in this task.

So anyone with any pointers/tips, or just want to help take part in the process, post here or on my wall.

Thank you.

Dude, how can you make a map of the entire world when all we've seen are a measely handful of kingdoms? Hyrule is but a tiny, tiny country. The world of Zelda is immense. If you were to map the entire world, 99% of what we come up with would be fanfiction.

Though I must say, if we were to seriously divulge in such a project, it could pave way for some immense creativity.

we would need to pick a good place in the time line to make it of. I think the best would probably be around ST's time, becuase at that point we know alot of the realms and countrys. Also how do we know that hyrule s tiny when we dont even know the size of the world spire?

hyrule's size itself changes depending on technical restrictions, like OoT and TP share the same location but TP is obviously much much larger

You could argue that hyrule had colonized further into the world by the time of TP. After all, OoT is one of the first games in the timeline. And much like our world in the begining of history, Have not colonized the entire world yet. I believe there is much of the world still to dicover aswell.

SS takes place before OoT. Let's wait and see how big Hyrule is in its scope.

I don't really see it, the distance between the same locations increases, not just the number of them. and individual places like lake hylia massively change in size and composition. though it could be argued that there was some kind of migration and expansion I guess, there is the curious little detail of the temple of time being in ruins no where near hyrule castle town
