Here's one that I've been doing for a loooong time with Pikachu. Probably my favorite one:
u-tiltx2> u-smash> u-air> follow up with a b-air.

Luigi: Usmash > Usmash > (Utilt?) > Uair > Uair > UpB

Link: Throw boomerang off-stage while they are recovering (so it misses them). Then throw a bomb in the air (smash throw up). Then, as they get close:
Nair > Boomerang (sends them backwards) > Bomb (sends them forwards) > Fair.

Samus: haha lol funny

Falcon: I try to use fairs when I can. Probably my favourite finisher would have to be

Full-hop > Reverse Uair > Reverse Uair > double jump > Reverse Uair > recover.

It works even when starting from the edge of the stage... and usually kills them off the side.

Pikachu: *stuff*.

Jigglypuff: depends on opponent. I have somewhat set combos for almost every character/damage combination.

I could see that combo happening with a full hop, then landing and a short hop ff u-air off a ledge, but double jumped? Maybe with Jiggs?

Combo I created: fair off low ledge in the middle of hyrule, dash attack, follow up with another fair towards the right, the opponent bounces off the **** tent, follow up with up-air, and either up-b, b-air nair, or dair. :D

As falcon against people who cann't DI out of fair, I always do fthrow fair uair up-b if they're near the edge.

I hate falcon players. I gotta be real cautious of the Usmash and Uairs. Most of the time I recover real quick with a counter Nair to stop the combo before they go any further.

Ness: DJC dairs and uairs are just oh so satisfying (especially uairs).

Falcon: Any combo (on heavier characters) which starts with double usmash is again very satisfying.
