Yeah I was hoping for 1-3 tiers. Sakurai said the game would be more balanced and I'm expecting that. That would mean everyone could use their favorite character and have a good chance of winning a tourney.

Mascot types hover around mid/high tier. Kirby/pikachu make a bit of a comeback, but lack of range holds them back. Bowser and yoshi are greatly improved. Brawl, like melee, is dominated by rangy characters and projectiles. Zero Suit, having both of these, ends up on top. Pokemon Trainer, though interesting and fun to use, is crippled by the stamina problems that arise in battle. Still, a few people a starting to do well with him at tournies and he may get moved up.

that was pointlessly amusing. i might get a good laugh out of this a year or to from now.

Individual people do not have their own tier lists. There is THE tier list, which absolutely CANNOT be made until well after the game is released.
