According to flavor the TV from 1995 is older than most of what else is in the room. I assume this game is set in a time where most ovens are driven by electricity.Electric ovens are a relatively new thing. Cookies are not.
Something has to be wrong if the TV isn't working. It didn't look broken when you observed it further, so the best solution here is to try any other electrical appliances. You recall that lamp, and walk over it. The lamp is a very modern style, it's steel and looks pretty expensive, you stop admiring this wackjob's fashion sense and try to turn on the lamp. *tik*. The lamp is not working either. There is definitely a power outage now, you are very certain of this and to save yourself more useless pandering, decide to investigate other areas. Something you didn't recall at first that it seems that it is morning and probably early in the day. The thought dissappears and you look for an exit momentarily, and then slap yourself in the head multiple times not realizing the obviously placed door at the end of the room. You swear someone must have drugged you. Your critical thinking skills are that of a child right now. You proceed towards the door, and turn the knob slowly. The door, much to your alarm, was not locked and opened with ease. You peak outside to freedom and find...C. Try any other electrical equipment in the room.
