Ha...not even close. If any body deserves to be called Sagat it's Captain Falcon. He has the TIGER KNEE. Raptor boost is an upper cut. No projectile but it doesn't matter....knee>projectile.

Akuma? How about Ganon? They both have orange hair, "Shin" versions with white hair, purple chi/aura/etc, both want to murder.

If anybody could be compared to akuma it's probably Fox. He's fast like him, has a hurricane kick (not exactly but close), combos (in melee).
