Will Custom move sets be allowed at Tournaments?

Optimistically, yes.

Realitically, no.

And nearly every projectile has been nerfed to the point were it's pretty much only useful on FD...

i'm just saying, it happened

and might i say, it will happen again. some of the stuff i've seen out of Mii Gunner looks incredible for camping... i get the suspicion that Robin's thunder will, too be good for that. Not to mention Mario's Fast Fireballs

More moves = more fascinating matches = better play. At least to me.

It's kinda reminds me of Groove Select in CvS2. It would probably take a lot longer though.

We'll have to see, but I would like to see them allowed on a player-by-player level to hopefully increase the diversity of high level play.

Though there's always the option that one particular version of a move will be superior in general, and thus become either the standard, or result in the default form of the character being unviable.
