Why isn't Hitmontop in OU? Good defenses, its poor HP number can easily be made up for with full EVs, and it's multifuncional. With Sucker Punch, he can get rid of ghosts who would try to spinblock him, aside from the fact that he doesn't mind switching into stealth rock. AND HE'S THE FRIGGIN' KING OF PRIORITY SWEEPING! Life Orb + Technician + Adamant + 252 Atk Evs + STAB Mach Punch = WIN! :D Aside from that, he gets Fake Out and Bullet Punch, plus the aforementioned Sucker Punch.
Plus, with Detect, Fake Out, Helping Hand, and good defenses, he's also pretty useful in doubles? So how'd he get in UU?
