Who Should be last on the next Tier List

i just wanted some opinions on who should be last for tier list 4.0
give ur reason with atleast 3 supports
lets try to keep this place spam-free

i think it should stay ganon

1. doesn't have falcons speed
2. doesn't have links priority
3. recovery isn't has bad as links but it has a tendency to miss shocking the person ledge-grabbing most of the time falcons does hit

to wrap it up ganon is slow, has no projectiles, and recovery isn't what u think it'd be
mostly u just have to focus on spiking

I would think Ganon would stay last because of horrendous matchups against practically every character, and having multiple matchups considered 0-100

Ganon's got choke-chain's, thunderstorming, etc, all depends on how you play him
