He's redundant to Snake, his gimmick is the extreme violence of his game, etc.

Snake is much easier to get in, because MGS does have its lightheartedness.

What's his power-up? Irrelevance +5?

Sukapon is the only WTF character that I can think of, and the only one that is actually plausible for the game.

How about the Scatman? Quite possibly the most uinique character ever; I mean, he sings to attack. His Final Smash could be "I'm a Scatman!" and then he could go destroy all characters while the players are mesmerized. Even better, his gameplay gimmick is that he could string together attacks to create stronger attacks. I am now convinced that Scatman would be a strange, but unique, character for Brawl.
Of course, it's never going to happen.
