Like DJ Jack said, DEHF is considered the best Falco. However, that does not mean that you should limit yourself to watching only his videos and learning only from him. Peruse other players' videos as well; you'd be surprised at the varying styles we have in the community.

I'm gonna hype a couple of guys that are really worth a watch and are only getting better, the 2 K's, Kasper and Kismet. Dehf is #1 but those guys are worth checking out. If Sethlon still mained Falco he'd probably be up there too, but other than that, check out SK92, and RAIN (very different style from the others).

DEHF is, of course, the highest-ranking and most consistent Falco player. Many people look up to him for his patience and his punishing skills. He has certainly assisted in the progression of the Falco metagame, and hyped many people to use the character (better).
Shugo, Kasper, Gluttony and SK92 are probably the quickest Falco players. They apply hasty pressure and use advanced techniques to get them where they need to go and do what they need to do. They take care of business in an entertaining manner. They're definitely fun to watch, and do very well, so you might be influenced by these particular individuals like I was.
Rain's Falco made a public debut in Apex 2010. His style is, as mentioned, very different from most Falcos. He's extremely smart and makes the best use of a lot of Falco's moves, so be sure to check him out for sure.
Of course there are others, too, but these are just some of the biggest names around now. If you're interested, check out the Falco video thread for the archive of the community's videos.
