I'd have to go with my two most-used characters, Meta Knight and Ness. Meta Ness! Gives my Meta Knight some projectiles. Oh, and the specials...

Tornado Flash -- Multi-hit tornado, followed by a devastating green flash.
Drill Fire -- Drill Rush forward. Contact with anyone or anything creates a PK Fire pillar.
Shuttle Thunder -- A PK Thunder goes off, and Meta Ness Shuttle Loops upward, always connecting with it, but he can be steered in any direction with the control stick. Oh, and he automatically starts gliding afterward!
Dimensional Magnet -- Disappears, creating a PSI Magnet energy field twice the size of the normal one. Aside from absorbing energy, this field also shows you exactly the radius that Meta Ness can travel before reappearing and slashing his sword.

also Metaknight and Ganondorf. This is basically Metaknight, but most of his moves have the same power as Ganondorf's (however the knockback is still the same, meaning that Metaknight's A attack will simply rack up 100+ damage in little over a second).

A PK Flash that has the range and speed of PK Freeze. Ownage.
A PKT2 that has the speed of the bolt of Ness PK Thunder, the ability to go through objects like Lucas', and a PKT2 with the power of Ness' and range of Lucas'. Double ownage.
A PK Fire with the range of Lucas but the fire pillar of Ness.

Not even Snake could fight against him then.
