And then of course they have more particular points of view such as:

I can never tell when you're joking Kenny. Except for when you make it obvious. On the chance that you're not, you're definitely in first person there. Second person is more like telling a story like, "As you clamber over the rocks, you come upon a second person story which is disgusting and tacky", or to use your example 'You saw that house'.
