I have heard dazzle is good, can someone refer me to the correct model and a good place to buy it?
I just want a reliable recorder with good quality, audio synch is a must, and hopefully not too pricey. I just use gamecube. Thanks

Easycap is cheaper but never works without some kind of a hassle, especially if you are using pc. I have easycap it cost me like 30 euros and works fine (I'm using mac), many of my friends have pcs and they use easycap too with VirtualDub (which takes some time to learn). The software that comes with dazzle must be better that Easycaps though. If you want to save money I say buy an easycap, the quality is pretty good and it works once you get everything working :D

easycap can be used on vista and 7, but be prepared to get angry with trying to find drivers and settings that give you sound, haha

Dazzle is just standard, its not bad, its not good. If you have a desktop you can buy an internal capture card and that gets WAY better qaulity then dazzle does, but those are generally more expensive, it depends also if you want to capture hd, (since you made this in the melee forums Im guessing no) But, as long as you have the right settings dazzle can capture video just fine for smash. Thats what I capture with and the quality has never been to much of an issue for me.

If you want to take it around with you and record at tournaments use dazzle.

I used a Dazzle previously which was awesome prior to Vista and Windows 7, since then I've not been able to figure out any 64-bit solutions.
