The hands are the easiest. Master hand being the easier of the two.
Rayquaza and Porky tie for hardest. Rayquaza's defense is great, while Porky's attack is great.

Duon is easy if you're fox. Fox can reflect the lasers, fast enough to get the missles to hit Duon, and can just blaster spam the rest of the time.

Hardest is probably Ray due to the lack of projectiles effectiveness.

The easiest is definitely Petey because of the already mentioned lack of different attacks. The hardest is Porky or Tabuu. And the most annoying is Meta Ridley because IMO basically he isn't that hard but if you fight to carelessly his attack in which he slams down the platform can easily finish your game.

Coolest Boss: Probably Meta Ridley.
Hardest Boss: Porky, maybe Rayquaza if you have to fight him later on in Boss Battles Intense.
Easiest Boss: Petey
Dumbest Boss: Master Hand

Master hand is getting old...plus Crazy Hand is awesome.
