Eastern Time Zone.
So...11 Central, 9 Mountain...
The game should release at midnight, which will be the Eastern Time zone since it comes first. Everyone else is behind, so it will release at the same time in North America, but the times will be earlier for the other time zones since they're behind.
Does that make any sense? I'm awful at explaining things.
