What's the smallest change to a character that would make them broken/overpowered?

Try to make them small changes ("Little Mac's up and side specials go the same distance in the air as on the ground") instead of total revamps ("Meta Knight becomes his Brawl self").

-Shulk's Monado Arts only buff him and not nerf him. His Monado Arts can also be stacked on, so he can have the defenses of Shield and the power of Smash at the same time.
-Pit's and Dark Pit's Power of Flight is unlimited.
-Robin's Tomes and Levin Sword never run out and all of Robin's standard attacks have him use the Levin Sword. He also runs slightly faster.
-Little Mac has a godly recovery and all of his attacks and even animations give him super armor.
-Kirby has an infinite jump
-Meta Knight is reverted back to way he was in Brawl, but he also has his buffs from this game.

If she hits with an attack, she can immediately attack again. Basically, if she gets blocked, she can immediately use Counter before an opponent tries to take advantage of her "lag." She hits with Dolphin Slash, she could use it again and again as long as she keeps hitting.
Basically, no lag if she keeps hitting.
