What's the current theory for Falcon vs. Ice Climbers?

A few years ago it was considered in Ice Climbers' favor. But I've heard a bunch of people say now that it's slightly Falcon's advantage now, due to people learning how to take the Climbers (separating them and such). Could you help me know whom this matchup favors and what general strategies each side should take? Thanks.

Falcon is 928320983230 times faster than the Ice Climbers. A good Falcon waits for a whiff and doesnt get shieldgrabbed or something along those lines. Stomp combos works wonders on Nana, and she is the easiest character to edgegaurd with the Captain.
