what are the rules for mlg on camping?

Are there some? i just don't understand...watching bum vs chu dat match 5...chu dat gets rocked like 20 times in a row going into a bad situation...given that option i would have just sat back and spammed ice blocks forever...eventually the person will mess up and get hit...so do that about 400 times (ie about 2 hrs) and eventually you'll kill them..chu kept getting impatient..he was almost always the one to charge blindly in...actually what i'd probably really do in a match is run away and give them room to get safely back on the middle platform so we can fight..

found them..it's just damage based..uggh..guess that's all they can do though

There's no rules on camping, but most rules are designed to prevent it, like the banning of certain stages. Camping still exists though, that's why banning corneria against spacies is a smart idea.

I don't know what Chu was thinking during that set. He went with Pikachu instead of IC's on Final Destination, then he went with IC's instead of Young Link on Jungle Japes.
