What pause? The pause (freeze frame) was still there when the move connected, causing Luigi on the ledge to bounce on it and go upward. In other words, it's nothing to really discuss too much about.

EDITED: Oh, I see it now, but it still nothing huge to talk about though.

uh duh... I do that to pSike in this awful video of myself just after 1:45:

they automatically turn to face you when they get hit with a ligthing kick.... but since they are so close to the stage, turning them around puts them INSIDE of the stage.... since two objects can't occupy the same place at the same time, they never end up freezing and turning around. Instead they automatically ricochet off the stage.

It seemed as if Luigi go hit by Zelda's Sweetspot and also recieved Knockback from the Ledge...other than that I don't think that will be an easy technique to Duplicate, and if you could you should try to reenact the same situation on the same stage with a different character....something about Luigi Rubs Me the Wrong Way(The Same Way Snake feels about Sonic hehe)....but good find.....keep em coming!!!
