You can grab release for follow up dmg. Either another throw, an ftilt, or sometimes even a charged shot. Fthrow or bthrow off the edge are nice, since we have a relatively decent advantage when they're off the stage and we're on it. It's easy to rack up damage when they're trying to recover with projectiles, aerials and z-air, and you have a moderately good chance of gimping. I probably use U-throw the most when I'm not near the edge so I have time to charge a shot and follow it up with some dmg in the air. D-throw you can probably follow up better, but I like taking the time to slow down the match a little.
