Well, the first thing is, I don't prefer for people to transcode the videos again. They've already been through the ringer once, and subjecting them to more is cruel and unusual punishment.
Another thing, invest in an economy low budget editor. It's a lot better when all you have to do is string the clips together, and you can render them in the exact same output as I did.
I would recommend one of these two. Yes, they cost money, but they are the most affordable:

As for your video, if that didn't show up when you double clicked and play the videos from your PC--upload it again.
