Uxie: Is it worth keeping?

Okay, I've just captured a Uxie and I wondered, should I trade it for a Torterra or not?

Uxie, while it does indeed suck, should not be traded for a common pokemon like that. If you want a turtwig, I'd be happy to trade with you... eventually. I have to get my ditto first.
