USmash Shield Push Tipman Bounce

How it works:
-Opponent is over a platform.
-USmash his shield.
--The shield push makes him fall;
-If he doesn't tech, follow up with a Tipman
-MURDER.
--The opponent can't get up with rolls or GUAttack, just GU.

I tested it with heavy characters and turned out to be efficient, but very situational...

iirc they can also attack/dodge/jump out of the fumble
possible way to set up is using dair
should work w/ 2nd kick nair

it was just SDI, you can tell cause he does a Dair right after. Probably just cstick mashing on accident.
