Yo if Mother 3 is on the poll then Advance Wars deserves to be on there as well. Can't be any less likely right? I know my User Title kinda conflicts with that but that was when I thought Mother 3 would release in 2017. Suffice to say, it didn't age well lol.

Speaking of which, I don't know the likelihood of this happening but i'm low-key hoping for a Metroid Prime 4-esque kind of reveal for Advance Wars Switch to release sometime in 2020.

Like there doesn't have to be gameplay footage or anything substantial. Just a nice little graphic of Infantry, Tanks, Aircraft, etc. with familiar tunes playing in the background and then we see...

Man, Star Fox getting a racing spin-off before F-Zero gets ressuected is wrong, WRONG.

Well, I wouldn't get you hopes up this soon, MMX9 or MM12 will probably be in a couple years, and not this year. But that might be for the best.
There's also that rumored cancelled game Nintendo's supposed to bring back, maybe legends never die after all...

Agree with you up to certain point, I feel that she has jumped the gun in various situations including the Google Theory or whatever without verifying stuff before retracting. Wouldn't be surprising to see a part 2 of the collection with other stuff, which is what I would imagine would be released at least on Xbone (without anything DK related obviously given Nintendo)

Dude I'd totally take that if it meant the return of the franchise.

Hell, before E3 2018 I thought a new Advance Wars would have an Academy setting before FE:TH had that premise.

Even if it was like a customizable CO that can marry between nations and what have you and ran on the FE:TH engine.

Wouldn't be ideal but if it broadened the series appeal to a larger audience while keeping what made the gameplay so great then it's a win in my eyes.

Everybody retracted on the "leak" because here's the thing. Why would there be another Star Fox racing game when that's already a side-game in Starlink: Battle For Atlas? Especially when Nintendo had to look over this and approve this, too?

It essentially was a case of leakbait, but an actual case, this time.

It's not the first time I felt she didn't do good judgment calls on info and taking it with more weight than she should (without verifying).
