I’m back!

So, I had been keeping up with the forum and writing down all the ideas I had for posts. It was huge! But for some reason, my iPhone deleted it this morning for reasons I don’t know. So you guys get to see none of it. I had this cool but about how I was trapped in a dark abyss neither alive nor dead. It’s all gone now.

It was mostly about Sonic tbh. Sonic powerup ideas, my thoughts on my current playthrough of Sonic Unlesshed, ideas for a Sonic/Mario crossover. An expanded version of Sonic Generations. What can I see, I’m on a huge hedgehog kick. I’ll try to remember the Mario/Sonic ideas and post them later.

I also remember one question I asked. “What character or item do you think deserves to have an Amiibo that doesn’t?”

I’m doing an MCU marathon where I watch a movie every day. Today was day 3 so I watched Iron Man 2. It was ok. The final fight scene was about the best part.

Probably won’t watch it again though. Tomorrow is Thor so i’m Looking forward to that!

Personally I think Nintendo would be smart to start just pumping out amiibo of the more popular pokemon. Start a new "collect them all" craze with like 60 of them.

While Avengers was still #1 this week, Detective Pikachu still opened fairly strong in 2nd place and made an estimated $58 million. This means it's now the largest opening weekend for a video game adaption ever, beating the previous record holder, Lara Croft: Tomb Raider's $47.7 million debut, by a good $10 million.

So far, Detecitve Pikachu has made a worldwide total of $170 million on a $150 million budget

china was the only reason it didn't make a loss at the box office iirc

it's a shame, really. taken as a high budget fan movie made for fans it was great, but to the general audience with zero idea of what any of the names or places or terms being thrown around meant, it understandably came off as a mess to most people.
