Mileena was better when she didn't have regular human lips in the middle of her Tarkatan jaw.

I still haven't decided if I disagree with that sentiment or not.

Her MKX design is her absolute best by far. It's foreign and appealing and no longer has comic book style proportions. I love it.

The teeth are less threatening-looking than they were before though, and taking off the mask is no longer shocking to the same degree.

Maybe put MK11 Baraka's mouth on MKX's body and we're gold.

It is, but we need to prioritize if Phoenix is getting a final smash.

Go the Street Fighter route and give him two. Tie it to an Evidence gathering mechanic.

If you've gathered enough evidence, Phoenix gets the opponent charged with murder. If you didn't the Judge comes along with his Gavel.

The question is if nintendo and sakurai want that over other characters.
