It's still pretty inexcusable. The benefits are also garbage, NES games online being trickled down for no reason? A useless app that won't function correctly and is a hassle? The exclusive rights to be ****ty controllers that only work for the online NES games? Say what you will about Xbox Live and PSN but at least those services would give you bang for your buck with free games that are actually worth playing

I do agree that Nintendo really does need to fix their online.
I feel like if Nintendo added slightly more stuff and fixed all of this crashing, then 20 dollars would not be bad.
Nintendo also missed a huge opportunity for the Virtual Console.
I want to play Super Mario 64 without emulating it, dang it!
