I know it's been said before, but playing through Final Fantasy 7 makes the lack of music in Smash even more disappointing. There's a number of great tunes in this game, and if the composers had the chance to take a crack at it Midgar could've been filled with excellent music. It's a shame that they had to be limited in what they could get from the game.

Kinnikuman Nisei had 5 one-shots before being serialized in Weekly Playboy (yes, seriously) and they were collected in the first volume. Strangely enough it's the only Kinnikuman manga to be translated officially in the west...

Though to be honest, if I was going to go and read Nisei, I'd probably want to reread Kinnikuman, since it's been, like, a decade since I did so.

Kinnikuman Nisei does have a really awesome Opening, though.

I daresay this is one of my all-time favourite Anime Openings.

I recommended it to so many of my friends but they all took for ever to check it out and enjoy it.

There's an old Ecchi manga I kind of remember fondly called Change 123,

The basic premise is that it's about a girl with multiple personalities, her three other personalities specialise in a Martial art of some kind.

I still need to watch Two Heroes.

I also still need to watch DB Super: Broly in an official context.

You read that one as well? It was interesting, especially since it was kinda harem but not (considering the 4 girls were the same).

I've been thinking about getting into Gintama but have no clue where to start.

Any advice?

Definitely watch it. It's a great time. I saw it in theaters and it was really enjoyable.

It's a pretty funny manga, but is a bit hard to get into the anime given the start is not very smooth as pretty much they introduce a lot of the characters within the first 24 or so episodes when in the manga they were introduced along with several chapters in between that were reordered. If you want to try the anime, let me see..

Skip the first two episodes as they are filler and not very good, then something like
-Episode 3-12, 15, 17, 22-24 pretty much introduce most of the major characters, although you can pretty much watch 22-24 a bit later since the characters dont appear that often
-Episodes 13-14 introduce minor characters so you can skip them for a bit
-Episodes 16, 18-21 are just standalone and can be watched whenever. They are pretty much comedy.
-A few of the notable arcs are episodes 40-43, 58-62, 69-71, 76-81, 86-87, 101-105, 139-146
It's a bit hard to put some episodes to skip given the changes to it, but these introduce the recurring characters on it and pretty much outside arcs you can watch episodes in pretty much whatever order. Normally the arcs introduce new characters so you can skip a few episodes since they are standalone for the most part.

Frankly I would try watching episodes 3 and 4 since that's pretty much the intro to the series and its kind of humor, if you like it you can try checking a few more episodes and keep watching the anime or go for the manga until the first truly serious arc which is around volume 10 then follow the anime if you want as its quite solid.

Yeah, I read it back when I was super into reading manga, shortly after I left school.

I don't remember a whole lot about it, since it was so long ago, though.

I'm not gonna spoil what it is (go watch the series yourself it's only 45 episodes or so) but there's the most emptional, tender, yet painful moment in the final episode that I cried about for a week.

This goofy, charming, if slightly dark anime ends on such a beautiful, somber episode - damnit I'm tearing up just thinking about it.

Basically, being completely reanimated, removing all filler and making the show (more) digestable for new audiences.

And I don't mean the "Episode of..." format (since that cuts stuff, or in the case of the two "Episode of..." movies, completely rewrites stuff).

Not too big on anime nowadays, but I can't recommend Tatami Galaxy, Katanagatari and Mob Psycho 100 enough.

I never did read the last arc of Mob Psycho 100... or at least what I assume is the last (the Brocolli Cult stuff).

Since you brought ZLS up I'm just gonna mention that I've been watching it and I'm on Episode 5. It's pretty good so far! I've learned that I'm not a fan of the Idol aspects of it but it's entertaining and I think it's pretty good otherwise.

The Artstyle is really nice on the eyes, The Characters are fun, The "Story"/Stuff that goes on in the Anime is cute, It's a pretty good Anime.

My only flaws for it is that in my opinion the Idol stuff is boring and I don't like the animation in those segments where the Girls sing.

Otherwise it's pretty good! I like it, Would I say it's one of my favorite Anime? Absolutely not but I enjoy it non the less.

The theme of Deltarune is "your choices don't matter". You'll get the same ending no matter what you do, the only thing that changes is a cutscene near the end that leads to the ending.

I would like that too but with the Manga still on-going I would say they should hold off on that for a few years after it ends.

The Animation isn't very good in the Anime we have now, There's a ton of Pacing Issues and the Show is full of flaws (Which is why I prefer the Manga) but the Manga is still On-Going and until it ends I don't necessarily think that would happen nor would Toei want to do that right now.

I would like it though.
