Cuphead is a port, and Nintendo has been buddy buddy with Microsoft for a while now. Microsoft just gave up arguably their biggest exclusive, Master Chief Collection, to Steam/PC, so they don’t care about exclusives anymore. Nintendo working with an Indie/an indie being able to create an entire game with a franchise as big as Zelda is huge.

Not dismissing it outright, but Nintendo has already decided the DLC for awhile now. Kinda doubt one is realistic for Season one.
