I wanted to promote Challenges and matches between UC's (University of California) and other college groups in California who want to play professionals. It seems like melee has taken over the campus' and lots of incoming students don't appreciate the N64 version. I'm not trying to say stop playing melee, however, I'm starting to notice the N64 population pool hardly exists (plenty of players, no popularity). I don't want see SSB64 undervalued. I would like to extend any invitations in California, I've already started a team of people at my school (UCM) and we've been taking offers from many different schools such as: UCB, UCSC, UCD, UCLA, etc. When we visit these locations, I explain to students my opinion and i find out not only are they unaware of the underground community but also how vast it really is. My friends from all these locations are eagerly waiting for new challenges and want to learn, train, and most importantly have fun with all these pros in this forum. I honestly, can't tell you how many people have said, "I wish I could be better but there's no one to compete with" or "I wonder how I would compete against Isai?" Honestly you professionals must be tired of playing against the same old people. Lets see how good your mind-games are against the University students.
