I'm having difficulty juggling my brother's Link/ Y. Link with Nair and Uair. He either touches the ground bfore I have a chance to do another aerial, or he goes too far away. What am I doing wrong?

Check your percentages then. Certain combos only work at certain percentages, unless you're Fox.

Use the Raptor Boost if they're hitting the ground too early or techchase. If they go too far, run and knee them.

Yeah everyone here is right. It depends on his DI, if he's DI-ing down all the time then you're gonna have a hard time comboing him. Also, if you knee him and he'd DI-ing down he's going to die at around 45% so that's a pretty fine tradeoff if you ask me.

If it's not his DI then it's probably your speed. Keep at it and you'll naturally get faster, then you'll be able to combo anyone and anything.

Link and Y.Link aren't the easiest characters to combo either so don't worry about it.

Nair or Uair->regrab alot btw, it's great against heavier (and fast falling) chars who fall to fast to the ground to be properly juggled (like link).
I often do uthrow->nair->nair->regrab at around 30% (25% would probably be the lowest % I'd go for this). Uthrow->nair->uair->regrab should work aswell, or just uthrow->nair->regrab (actually this is recommendable since uthrow->nair->nair is a bit hard).
If you're missing with the nair you should practice shffling them as low as possible (ie having the attack come out as early as possible in the jump). Go to training mode or whatever, have fox as your opponent and shffl it low enough for the first hit to hit him on your way up in the jump.

At really low percents it's hard or even impossible to combo heavyweights from throws. If you grab them at zero% you can dthrow->techchase. OR you uthrow->jab, double-jab or gentleman->regrab, which isn't perfectly reliable, but it's not easy to escape either.
