I'm just curious as to what the most popular and least popular Zelda titles are. I asked my friends over AIM the otherday and the results were pretty similar. I browsed many similar threads on Gamespot and Gamefaq's too. It seems there's a few 'love or not too bad/dislike' titles.
My friend's opinions:
Sam - he's played most of them:
1: Wind waker
2: Link to the Past
3: Ocarina of Time
4: Oracle of Ages
5: Link's Awakening
Laban - he's only played three of them:
1: Twilight Princess
2: Oracle of Seasons
3: Minish Cap
Jack - he's beaten all of them (discluding the CDI games and Wind Waker)
1: Ocarina of Time - his favourite game of all time
2: Majora's Mask
3: The original Zelda
4: Twilight Princess
5: Link to the Past
Gayle - yes, it's a girl - has played exactly five
1: Ocarina of Time
2: Twilight Princess
3: Minish Cap
4: Spirit Tracks
5: Majora's Mask
My opinion - The only other Zeldas that didn't make it on the list that I've played are Spirit Tracks, Majora's Mask and Phantom Hourglass(I didn't beat the latter though). Number 1 and 2 on this list are so close and keep changing :/ I think ultimately Ocarina is the better game though, it's just hard for me to decide on my favourite. They're both easily my top ten favourite games of all time! Final Fantasy X would likely be first.
