I think we're all avoiding the main issue. Like why TL's zair cancels death animations. And imo it can be useful if someone kills you off the top. instead of them getting the 3 second star ko you come back instantly

From who? Last time I checked, most of our matchups are getting better for us.
The MK matchup has gone from 30-70 to 40-60.
Olimar went from 40-60 to even, as well as DDD, Marth, Kirby and possibly Game and Watch.
Zelda went from even to 65-35, and Luigi went from even to 60-40.

Toon Link players have been doing pretty well though. Most of the top Toons usually get Top 8 on a good day.
