Bottom one. FE11 art is all done in that style, and it just doesn't sit right with me (or most people, for that matter). Compare Marth's art from FE11 (top) and FE12 (bottom):

I don't have a problem with it. Sure it's different, but compared to the images that have been posted thus far, so is Awakening's. Hell, the two images of Marth that @ Moydow posted seem closer to each other than either one of them to any of Awakening's artwork.

I do appreciate the amount of detail they put into the art style in FE11. The hilt of Marth's sword and his outfit in general look like they took a lot of time, so kudos to the design team! That said, I do think that it is a little "over-done", so I do prefer the other art styles. Also, the characters do look slightly odd to me.

Of the three, I honestly like this one the least:

He lacks the large, epic flowing cape from the other designs, his hair is weirdly flat, and his color scheme lacks cohesion.
I like the design from FE12 way better.

That's fine, I'm awful at that game too. Like literally I kinda just go Dante and button mash in a hope to do a decent combo.

Well, "UMvC3" is one less letter than "Marvel" and is more descriptive of the game.
And yeah, you're not the only one. Marvel vs. Capcom 3 is where I figured out I suck at fighting games.

I'd always have Wesker and Dante on my team, as for my third character, I'd usually alternate between Morrigan, Iron Man, Strider Hiryu or Phoenix Wright.

Simple mode is dumb, just mash buttons for days and watch the game do its thing. I don't even understand how it works

"Hold it!" is just forward+heavy, I think. (I think it wants you to do it in a specific mode for the mission? Not sure)

But yeah, it does take a lot of getting used to, and Phoenix Wright is one of the more complicated characters in the game.
