Dead. I am dead. The Fire Emblem comics are always the best ones.Gosh! We were just talking about Path of Radiance, and low and behold the latest Awkward Zombie:
Artist commentary:
Dammit, now I have to do it!Behold!
*rises from the dead* I hath been summoned. You know what I'm most curious about?
Designs.
Imagine how our characters would look like.
(Now all we need is some artists...)
Ahhh maybe I'll think up of something when I'm in school… Probably not gonna be based off me though, because I'm boring. :3You know who I haven't seen for a while, @ Pikachewy99 . I really want to see what his character is like.
Damn it, stop tempting me to get Photoshop again.Behold!
That's pretty nice.Behold!
Behold!
Nice. Solid jobs, both of you.Again...spent way too much time on this. Here's my archer.
Fix dat. Join us.I have yet to make my character...
Godspeed on the Nuzlocke. Also welcome back.*rises from the dead* I hath been summoned.
That's why you carry your GIMP?I can only subscribe to so many computer programs.
Yeah sometimes you need a break of something to perform well again. Just like training in the gym, where taking a break gives you new energy, which is very important as you gain strength in the period of time you rest and not when you work which serves more as a practice to keep in form.On the other hand, I feel that my Robin has actually improved for some reason after decades (a month) without playing. I feel like I'm a lot more careful, but at the same time, am more bold with my approach and attacks, and I'm also being more offensive off-stage. It's kind of strange to me, as I consider her a more complex character, and figured I would have developed so much rust, even a level 1 CPU could completely and utterly wreck me. But alas, it was the opposite, perhaps I'm a tactician at heart after all. Either way, I'm quite happy about that~ ^w^
One more thing in this incessant rambling~ Spiking with Elwind is, perhaps, one of the most satisfying endeavors to pull off. It's one of those actions that figuratively fills my little heart with rainbows and kittens, as I revel in this moment of bliss where my opponent attempts to recover, only to have a brief moment of reflection on their life and their past actions... Unless it's Villager, where his recovery not only manages to save him sometimes, but also serves to spoil and destroy this short, wonderful moment by reminding you that it was all for naught... ;w;
Anyways, that's enough of my words posted on this post for now. :3

Lost it when I saw Pikachu holding up the pic of ArceusYeah sometimes you need a break of something to perform well again. Spiking with Elwind is definitely satisfying and I find it to be one of Robin's safer edgeguard options but I find spiking with Dair a lot more satisfying because it is harder to land but it looks a lot cooler. I find myself not using Nair enough offstage as it is such a great tool to disrupt (average?) recoveries.
Btw, more Awkward Zombie
You can get them here: (X)Nice. Solid jobs, both of you.
I'll have to sort one out as well now, just because I'd like to see if I can match the technique. Any chance you could point me in the direction of your sprite sources?
Why isn't link a hero?Alright, I give up, I'll give this a try:
Name: Link
Class: Swordmaster
Subclasses: Archer and Cavalier
Stats: From best to worst: Strength, Skill, Speed, HP, Def, Res, Magic, Luck
Recruitment: Start of the chapter.
Starting Equipment: Steel Sword and Bow
Profile: A strange young man from a very far away land. Speaks extremely little. Although his origins are a mystery, none can deny his near peerless ability with the sword. Despite this, he actually seems relieved to be in the presence of a capable military force, and express contentedness at "not being the only warrior for a change". The most courageous. Born February 21st. (You get a cookie if you know what this date is)
Quotes
A series of grunts and yells, with expressions (such as excited, sad, confused or shocked) depending on the situation.
So tell me how badly I ****ed up...
Edit:
His supports would entail different facial expressions in response to the other person and any one of the three sayings in response:
...
...?
...!
I see Link as a Bow Knight, myself, because Epona + Master Sword + Hero's BowWhy isn't link a hero?

Ergo he should be a mercenary instead of myrrmidonI see Link as a Bow Knight, myself, because Epona + Master Sword + Hero's Bow
You have a funny way of pronouncing MarthOh, man, you should pick up Ganondorf.
Every single one of Ganondorf's moves is satisfying and fills you with rainbows and kittens.
Fixed that for you~You have a funny way of pronouncing Kirby
As Hong said, Aegis from Paladin is pretty nice, though you might want to get him through Great Lord first for Aether and Rightful King.Speaking of Fire Emblem, Chrom is getting up there in Levels as Lord. What should I send him to for some leet skillz?
Certainly, @ Hong . It is reinsuring that you care for my wellbeing, both on and off the field of battle.I don't know what you are talking about. What exists between Drakonis and I is strictly professional.
Ah, speaking of which. @ Drakonis , please stop by my pavilion later. It is time for your regular physical inspection. As your comrade, it is pivotal that I ensure you are in proper form, lest you are sent to battle in poor condition. Regulations are regulations.
what kind of romance did your frog dad have to make youHere's a list of things I've seen Greninjas do:
Jab
Shadow Sneak
Water Shuriken
Down Air
Trust me on this guys, my dad is Greninja
Shhh don't let them knowWell the thing is, I'm in ninja school to become Greninja. I've passed my Frokie classes and currently in the Frogadier courses.
Because on the internet, no one knows that you're a frog. Nobody!
*rises from the dead* I hath been summoned.
Oh wow all this character creation seems fun hnng I've been busy lately with developing plans for a nuzlocke comic I plan on doing in a few months z_z and school, as usual. Hopefully things will be less busy now that the basketball season for our school is over and I won't have to attend the games…. Anyways yeah… Drawings. I'm sorta interested, so if people could put up physical description and such or give references I might be able to do something… No guarantees though because I'm reaaallly lazy.
Even if you're not a fan of poking fun at fictional characters, having to feel bad for Chrom for being joked about is bit of a pickle.Poor Chrom.
Forever doomed to be the joke of the smash community.
He's actually a nice guy...and his bromance with Robin is really tasteful
Actually, ever since his decomfirmation vid, I feel that even the Fire emblem community started making jokes with him. (Of course, I didn't know that Fire emblem even existed before meeting Robin in SSB4, so that could be only my impression and people already joked around with Chrom before.)
Well, he's adorkable sometimes.Even if you're not a fan of poking fun at fictional characters, having to feel bad for Chrom for being joked about is bit of a pickle.
FE:A basically revolves around MU, empowering us players while also taking away some of the contributions of the plot away from him and also rendering a lot of the units coming to the story (save Say'ri) inexistent after recruitment. (Compared to Lucina who does all more beyond) And like I once said before, Lucina is IMO one of the factors to some of the game's saving graces (her DLC story) and is generally more popular and perhaps digged deeper in.
Chrom right now has next to nothing to back up on being anything as beloved in a way that isn't humorously sociopathic, unlike Ike, Marth, Lyndis and more. I mean, act like a massive dork DLC-chapters and supports, get curbstomped off the roster by Captain Falcon and then only given loathing through Palutena's Guidance, and well, Chrom's best to be just joked about nowadays. I personally moved on about him because it's difficult to like a character with this sort of a reputation and nothing to back on to it and he's not likely going to appear in anything FE-related again unless in minor things or gathering lords in the series for some reason.
I think that beard matches the hairstyle well. Though most likely beards would work better on the build 3 Robin. So yeah, I've been pretty busy the last hours.
Took me some kind to get a beard working that doesn't look entirely shabby, but I'm still not sure if Robin's face can beard at all. Your thoughts?
If you want the greatest amount of available honesty, the Jona Drakonis on the right looks like a winning entry to a drag king contest. Perhaps if the beard could somehow follow the rest of his jaw-line.So yeah, I've been pretty busy the last hours.

Yeah, I tried for like half an hour after everything else was done to add something that didn't literally look like it was drawn on.If you want the greatest amount of available honesty, the Jona Drakonis on the right looks like a winning entry to a drag king contest. Perhaps if the beard could somehow follow the rest of his jaw-line.
Left one is just dandy, though.
I already liked the old one, but this one is even better.I made another one, and I honestly like this one waaay more:
she actually looks like a soldier now :3c
