What, no madness?
Yeah, well...constant bad puns and stealth references amuse me!Liquid, dear, you should stop getting Robin to glare at you like that so much.
Sounds like fun, let me just warm u-Settle it in Smash!
Oh. I lose.Bust out your Robins and see who wins!
Robin puns?!?!
MM me in MeleeNow, now, we're all friends here right? No need to be getting all "Come at me bro".
Settle it in Smash!
Bust out your Robins and see who wins!
Sully: "Where should I stab you?"My absolute favorites though are
Inigo's everything
And ESPECIALLY "It's Gregor time!"
Mr. Saturn, Battlefield, Pichu only.MM me in Melee
Gosh if you wanted to donate money to me you could have just asked for my Paypal.Mr. Saturn, Battlefield, Pichu only.
Fixed that for you. Gotta go all the way.Mr. Saturn, Pokefloats, Pichu only.
No Frederick?Sully: "Where should I stab you?"
Gaius: "Like candy from a babe" and "So long, sucker!"
Henry: everything he says.
Tharja: everything she says.
Cherche: "If you don't mind...."
Owain: "BEHOLD!" and "RRRRAAAAUUUUUUGH!"
Noire: everything she says.
A lot of them have pretty good lines but those are my top.
Really, though. This was legal waaaay back in the day. I enjoyed it a fair bit, especially since I played characters who could traverse the floats with such safety. That said, with today's standards for tech skill on Fox, I can understand why it could not last.Fixed that for you. Gotta go all the way.
How young does Link have to be before you'll be happy?
Why do you guys hate young link for smash 4 ?
...or even younger, maybe?
Actually, considering the time travel shenanigans I always asumed that Morgan was ~20 years old like Robin and the rest of the cast.Unrelated, but...I know Morgan's a teenager and all, but regardless of gender, the voice makes him/her sound WAY older than they look(14-16). That always bugged me.
And yes, I agree.
"Not from Awakening?"Actually, considering the time travel shenanigans I always asumed that Morgan was ~20 years old like Robin and the rest of the cast.
And at least fMorgan never struck me as particularly young looking in her artwork... though I guess mMorgan does look younger.
Also:
"Time to tip the scales!"
"Here's how it's done!"
"Time to even the odds!"
"Anything can change!"
"Not a step closer!"
"Begone!"
And of course, (though not from Awakening)...
"On my mark!" and
"We're not done yet!"
yeah those are from Robin's Final Smash: Pair Up."Not from Awakening?"
Yes. But those quotes are from Awakening.yeah those are from Robin's Final Smash: Pair Up.
Also Pair Up with Chrom is so OP that it is Robin's Final Smash
People are talking about banning Pokémon Stadium because of Fox.#FreePokefloats2015 #ToHellWithFoxMeta
You could say that Fox...is super effective there.People are talking about banning Pokémon Stadium because of Fox.
You sir, have just won the internet.People talk about lots of stupid things. It's why Kim Kardashian has a career.
People talk about lots of stupid things. It's why Kim Kardashian has a career.
That's sad.People are talking about banning Pokémon Stadium because of Fox.
ehh more like Sheiks everywhereAnd you're right too.
That's sad.
Imagine if Melee had an online mode? Foxes. Foxes everywhere.
He does?Yes. But those quotes are from Awakening.
Chrom can say them when he does a Pair Up attack with another unit.
S'alright tho, cuz its Melee Fox.People are talking about banning Pokémon Stadium because of Fox.
It really helps that the quote lends itself to a more studious context. If Robin bellowed quotes akin to more of a superhero or a hammy vigilante/Owain, it would make zero sense for the guy. Robin's a smart bloke, so he gets an original badass smarts line to go with it.So does anybody else feel that "Time to tip the scales!" is the best thing to ever happen to Robin?
It's really put them on the map and immortalised them in the popular conscience~
Well, it does help that he appears in Robin's Final smash in such an awesome way.Call me crazy, but I think the Chrom might be just as known as Robin by association.
It seems their fates are joined...
Plus, Chrom's a mold-breaking character. Dorky and a little awkward, but still a badarse lord who will stop at nothing for the right.
Now have some fanart:

Nah, I actually like Robin (duh.)If you're looking to project a personality onto a Robin, my suggestion would be to use the StreetPass ones.
They have just enough character in their various designs to suggest appropriate traits, and their silence and irrelevance to the plot allows you to apply whatever you wish to them.
Made a whole team like this once. Went well.
My edit-fu was not strong enough to prevent this in time.Nah, I actually like Robin (duh.)
It's just that it is odd how people still call him an avatar when, well...he doesn't feel like one, imo.
Oh my :vMy edit-fu was not strong enough to prevent this in time.
I must grow stronger.
Indeed, very well saidHowever as a character he's one of the series' best, so no complaints.
[EDIT]: I feel my reply was in such poor taste that frankly I have to clear it out for my own sanity. You must train your fingers more.not that way, ew, you people with a dirty mind
Glad I'm not the only one who sees the caveats here.(completely)
If I had to imagine Robin playing an instrument, I think the harp would be a better fit...Anyway, more wallpaper:
But the accordion is Robin's signature instrument. If I had to imagine Robin playing an instrument, I think the harp would be a better fit...
As has been said several times before, Robin is a bit of a bookworm, thus (s)he is quite learned. Furthermore, (s)he isn't a half bad swordsman, so (s)he is also intelligent, able to master both spell and sword. So the harp seems like a far more elegant instrument for such an accomplished individual.
