Chrom has succumbed to his demons that torment him day and night about his failure in Smash. He allowed these negative emotions to take hold, and thus the demonspawn known as Darth Chrom was born, looking like something born from the depths of hell.

He knows no limits. He wants revenge on anyone who dared not show support for him. He'll come for you, your family and anyone you care about. Hell bent on revenge, on everyone who opposed him.

I don't think I can call Marx anything other than that. I've just gotten too used to it! Why did his name get changed so much? Everyone else so far has just been some name shortening (or getting a random "h" added) but Xander? Were they that worried about people bringing up Carl Marx and Leon Trotsky?

This hurts me to read, but at the same time I heard users elsewhere rallying for this to be made, so it's not too surprising.

oO A game they aren't even going to buy shouldn't bother them so much, though. It's not like Nintendo is trying to shove it down their throats.
It's ok to say the game didn't interested, but wanting it to be cancelled is just stupid, particulary when there may be people wanting to play.

Getting this cancelled won't automatically net a 'real' Metroid game. If anything, Nintendo may as well declare the series dead after this.

God, why do I already get the feeling Fire Emblem: Fates is going to make me cry like a baby at multiple points. Considering it looks like you'll have to kill characters from the other side, I imagine there will be tons of heartbreaking moments.

On the plus side, if the third route is the option where you don't have to kill either, I imagine that will feel so satisfying after playing through both.

The butler animations are 95% swagger. No joke. 10/10.
Zero's archer(Thief) animations look pretty cool. Um, other than that I would say that there is way too much spinning.

Exactly! This is the equivalent of shooting yourself in the foot. But screw reason, we have to hate on the game now because it's not exactly what we wanted!

Not liking a game on first impression is understandable.

Demanding it be cancelled due to that first impression is another thing. I wanted Metroid Wii U as much as the next guy, but seeing that the series isn't dead is the next best thing, and people demand the new game be cancelled?

People are so petty nowadays.

The way it looks now, this could end up WORSE than Other M from sheer backlash alone, and should it be released anyway(which is what should happen), it'll become another Metroid title that people would like to ignore happened.

Which is what worries me. If this actually gets cancelled due to fan demand, another drought could begin and might even lead to ditching the series entirely.

Oh god, what's wrong with me. I already am feeling horrible about that fact that I'll probably have to kill characters from the oposite route, and I havn't even played the game and thus don't have a reason to really care about them yet. What's going to happen when I actually play the game?!?!?

a lot more effort was put into animations, I do wonder if there's a maximum of 3 attacks per turn after that reel though? All units seemed to stop at the 3rd strike.
Was that a Phoenix rider in Hoshido!? Because that's pretty awesome.

My guess is to insensitive people who came into the series with Awakening to try out the more classic Fire Emblem designed Nohr route.

Also because Nohr best route (well, maybe... I am thinking the third route might be the best one)

I am going to refer to Harold as Captain America, forever, basically.

Also, is it just me or do the characters in the Nohr route seem more... fun and interesting? I mean, sure, thye have 3 recycled characters, but besides that they seem to have a more varied cast.
